New Saniflex™ (Hytrel®) Option Available For Chem-Fuse Diaphragms

Wilden is pleased to announce that its Chem-Fuse Integral Piston Diaphragms (IPD) are now available with a non-food-grade Saniflex (Hytrel®) option for its Pro-Flo SHIFT and Pro-Flo Air-Operated Double Diaphragm (AODD) Metal and Plastic Pumps.
The Saniflex option expands the list of abrasive liquids that the Chem-Fuse IPDs can handle beyond more than food-grade substances, namely since it is a thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) that offers better abrasion resistance than Buna. Additionally, its IPD design lessens leak risks, which is critical when handling challenging liquids.
Features and Benefits:
  • Expands Chem-Fuse Application Capabilities to: Oils, Fats, Solvents and more
  • Elimination of a potential leak point at the outer piston when pumping critical or dangerous fluids
  • Elimination of outer piston abrasion for longer diaphragm life, especially when pumping abrasive fluids
  • Easy cleanability for faster changeovers between product
  • Available in 25 mm (1") to 76 mm (3")
